Payments may be made via third-party providers such as Stripe or via bank transfer (including QR code payments, where available). We do not store your payment details. For bank transfers, you are responsible for ensuring correct payment details and completing the transfer. 6. Cancellations and Substitutions Event registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request a substitution (name change) by contacting us before the event. Substitutions are subject to approval. 7. Membership We offer different categories of membership, each with specific benefits such as event access and pricing. Membership details are available on our website. Benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. We may update membership structure and benefits from time to time. 8. Event Changes We may update event details, including speakers, venue, or schedule, where necessary. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. 9. Photography and Media Photos and videos may be taken at our events, using both mobile devices and professional equipment. For larger events, photos may also be shared with participants (e.g. via a shared online folder).
